Executive Function Therapy- Tools to organize mind and behavior
At Sunny Day Therapy, led by Dr. Kimberly Day, we specialize in pediatric therapy services & executive function therapy for teenagers, young adults, and caregivers in Central Kentucky tailored to enhance each client’s independence and well-being. We specialize in sensory integration, reflex integration, motor strengthening (fine and gross motor skills), executive function, and self-care. In addition, we offer maternal health therapy, family trainings, and infant massage classes to address family therapy needs across the lifespan. Our programs are recognized across the world; Dr. Day enjoys speaking and designing trainings for teachers, therapists, and families. Dr. Cara Reynolds and Dr. Day are passionate about mental health and motor development; thus, they also offer therapy for teenagers and adults as well as children addressing these areas to promote holistic whole body-mind strength.
